What we do: We source unique, natural remedies to support a healthy lifestyle to the local community and to those who seek. The remedies and goods are based on herbal medicine and ancient medicine.

Our operations & warehouse are located in Mill Gap, Virginia.

Who we are: We are a veteran-owned, women-owned, small business founded by Marcella (Raven) Townsend with a passion for providing access and information to products that support a lifestyle focused on balance between spirit and health. We’re known as the “Spiritual General Store” and are located in the woods of the Appalachian mountains in Mill Gap, Virginia.

About our founder & owner: With 20 years of experience in the natural health & wellness industry, she obtained a certification in Ayurvedic Health Education from California College of Ayurveda, an advanced yoga teacher certification specializing in Yoga & Ayurveda practices and holds memberships with National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) and Yoga Alliance (YA). Alongside her passion for natural living, she built a career in project management as a professional with a PMP and PMO-CP from Project Management Institute (PMI) with formal degrees of Master’s in IT and Bachelor’s in Mathematics with extensive professional experience leading teams who manage & operate online platforms. In addition, she completed two enlistments in the US military and traveled extensively to various locations. The core to everything she experiences, is her passion for mysticism and natural health. She is an identical twin and her sister volunteers with the operations.

Townsend Draft Goods has been sourcing unique, natural goods since 2024.

Rooted in the heart of the Appalachian mountains, we draw upon folk remedies and extensive experience from studying and practicing the ancient sciences of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Herbalism.
