    Shatavari Root - For Females

    Shatavari root is an Ayurvedic herb that is great for the female body. Once I was in a live webinar with KP Khalsa, an Ayurvedic Doctor and master herbalist when someone asked him to list the top 10 herbs of all time. Shatavari Root made the list and it was associated with the female hormonal system. Below are a couple of good sources:

  • Herbal tinctures are liquid formed by extracting the herbal essence into the liquid base (usually alcohol). They come with a dropper to take orally or mix into teas. This is a good alternative to taking an herbal vitamin and is usually more concentrated.
