The Gates of Heaven necklace reveals an image of the Virgin Mary as depicted in a c.1428 painting of her in the Ghent Altarpiece when the pendant is opened. Signed and copyrighted Sweet Romance USA, the pendant is 14K gold plated and ornamented in enamels and crystal. 

It can be worn on its ultra-long, rope chain, or hung in a special location.
