Tibetan Meditation Incense,

Approximately 30 sticks/box, 9 inches. Juniper base.

This high quality incense contains herbs from the Everest area of Nepal. It refreshes, relaxes and uplifts the mind, prevents sluggishness and fatigue and promotes good energy.

The incense is hand made by Tibetan Nuns at the Khachoe Ghakyil Ling Nunnery, a Tibetan Buddhist nunnery located in the Kathmandu Valley. The nunnery was established in 1979 and serves as a spiritual and educational center with the primary aim of offering nuns the opportunity to receive a complete Buddhist education, similar to that provided to monks.

The Khachoe Ghakyil Ling Nunnery is one of a few nunneries that manufactures incense which is sold to support the operation of the nunnery. 

There is no stick so it’s best to burn laid in a bed of sand. As with all incense, do not leave lit or near anything flammable and use in a ventilated space.
