This tea is our go-to for a pick-me-up without the jitters that coffee gives. We love it!

To share a personal story, when my sister worked night shift at the post office, she drank Yerba Mate tea to help keep her energy up throughout the night without feeling so drained at the end of her shift.

A little of the dried tea goes a long way in making a delicious cup! Sweeten it with honey or agave. (We even drop a little dollop of Maple syrup in ours! We source from Mountain Rose Herbs because at one point in our journey, we worked there! (This was when they had their location in Pleasant Hill before they moved into their Eugene location in Oregon.)
