There's been a lot of hype around this herb lately. AND FOR GOOD REASON!
The American Botanical Council released this article about Ashwagandha: Review of Ashwagandha on Cardiometabolic Health - Check it out at https://www.herbalgram.org/resources/herbclip/issues/2025/issue-761/ashwagandha-cardiometabolic-health/.

So, if you're like me, I wondered what "Cardiometabolic Health" was. Here’s the simplest, most down‑to‑earth way to explain it
Cardiometabolic health is basically how well your heart, your blood vessels, and your metabolism (how your body handles food, sugar, and energy) are working together.
When these systems are in good shape, you’re less likely to deal with things like high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, heart disease, or type 2 diabetes.
Think of it like this:
If your heart and your metabolism are both running smoothly, your whole body tends to feel better, have more energy, and stay healthier long‑term.
This idea shows up in medical sources too — they describe cardiometabolic health as the combined well‑being of the cardiovascular system and metabolic processes.
